Dr Steffe performed work on myself and my children. Each of us had a problem with the work performed. My daughter had a root canal that the nerve was not completely removed. In addition the crown was not size properly and proceeded to grind down good teeth. Consequently this work will cost thousands to correct out of pocket. To add insult to injury, i was pressured to buy a dental plan through their office that they said would reduce my cost. Never say any savings. Their billing process is absurd. Dr Steffe is the best dentist I’ve ever had the pleasure to visit. His staff are very polite personable and efficient. The hygienist are gentle and efficient. Couldn’t ask for a better dental experience. Highly recommended.
Do not consider the reviews you see about Dr. Steffe on any platform to be accurate. Dr. Steffe is not precise in terms of his procedures to clients and his billing to insurance. Please review all of the claims he puts in to your insurance carefully. He submitted a claim to my insurance which was denied and did not align with the procedure after consulting multiple sources.
