I do not recommend this dentist to anyone. He has a very poor chairside manner, will not answer questions, does not return phone calls, makes you feel as if you are bothering him. His examination is also inadequate as others have stated. I have a feeling it depends on what type of coverage you have as to how much time he will take to talk to you. There are far too many other dentists to entrust your mouth to !

Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Somewhat, they eventually called me back Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? No, I was very disappointed Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions. Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? They made sure I understood every single detail Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me

My wife and I were a little concerned when the dentist didn't poke around using his dental tool like other dentists had. He said to me that he didn't really need to poke around unless he saw something on the x-ray. I'm not a dentist, so that may very well be true. I just found it unusual based on my (and my wife's) experiences. The real issue was with billing. I received composite fillings on two molars.
