I have been going to Dr Ross for about 4 years. I love Dr Ross I have only good experiences s with him he is a wonderful Dr. but his new staff is the worst in the last year I have had nothing but excuses unprofessionalism,, rudeness incompetence, from the staff he has now. If he doesn’t do some thing about the front desk help he will lose all his patients. I am transferring to another eye Dr not because of Dr Ross but because of his incompetent, rude, unprofessional ,, argumentative nature and attitude of his front desk help... read more
This office has become a sham looking to upgrade everything not covered by Medicaid or Medicare no longer Send antibiotic prescription that is covered by Medicare now they want to sell it to you in a package at the end of your preop visit. I do not recommend.
