Dr Ronderous could not have been kinder and so caring about me as a patient. He took a tooth out on me. With the shots he gave me never hurt at all. Had me very numb when he extracted my tooth. Could not be happier with he and his office staff. All treated me with respect and like they had known me forever. Dr Walter Thomas has retired he is the one who told me to go see Dr Ronderous. My whole family has been coming here for 15 years and the entire staff knows us by name, you won’t meet a friendlier team! The office is nice and clean, and you’ll be seen on time and not left waiting.
After avoiding a cleaning for several years, I was embarrassed to show up again, but every employee ensured that I was comfortable and had the best experience possible. The way the dentist explained the procedure I would need, the way Heather lovingly flossed my teeth, the way Donna and the other staff were happy to help and eager to answer my questions ensured that I'll be a returning customer who won't avoid the dentist.
