Everyone very good and professional took time answering any questions I had .I've been going to Dr.Timothy and Dr.Joe Richter for a long time , love them both .They recommended a Water Pik/ Flosser for me because I have Severe Arthritis in hands making it very difficult to floss. Dr.Joe sent a prescription to Walgreens and my insurance actually fully covered it ..to my surprise. The best they had $ 75 ,I would of bought it anyway if insurance hadn't covered it.Vert good investment
