While overall I find this office very pleasant, easy to make an appointment at etc I do feel that their business practices are somewhat less than savory. Every time I come to this office I am pushed to get retinal imaging, which costs me about $40. This year I tried to decline retinal imaging and was told it would be free with my insurance so I may as well have the exam. I felt pressured to receive the service as I do every year.
