My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Joseph Rheim's for about 10 years. He is very skilled, always attentive to our concerns, is quite knowledgeable and is very pleasant. He correctly diagnosed a very difficult, chronic skin problem that had been misdiagnosed by our family physician. We feel fortunate to have Dr. Rheim as our dermatologist.
I had been going to Dr Joe for YEARS! The office staff was always rude, but it got worse. And it's not just me - check out all the reviews on Y.elp under rheim-dermatology-cosmetic-laser-center-monterey. I left messages and a note for Dr. Joe but never heard back until I received a letter terminating me as a patient. Nice. While I had confidence in the care Dr. Joe had provided all those years, that he could allow this mistreatment of patients makes me now question his integrity. Extremely disapointed.
Dr. Joe Rheim is the best Dermatologist in CA ! He is truly amazing and so easy to talk too !He does it all and his staff is so helpful and nice !
Not recommended. Scheduling took almost 3 months as a new patient. Wait time was 1-1/2 hours. When seen by Dr Rheim he was in a hurry and rushed. He convinced me to do an in-office, immediate procedure on my face which has left me with two scars that now have to be repaired by a plastic surgeon. Very bad experience and heard a lot of negative while waiting. Do not subject yourself to this doctor.
I had some spots on my face removed. I thought Dr. Rheim was wonderful! Very kind, gentle and patient. I would definitely refer him.
