I am like others who are baffled by the negative reviews given! Our experience has be quite the contrary. My daughter was born with a herniated umbilical cord combined with malrotation of intestines. She is now 17 yrs old and has suffered with GERD her whole life. We have nothing but GOOD to say in the help and care we have have and still get from them to this day!! I don't know anything about the negative reviews left my daughter has been seeing Dr.Ignacio for years and he is the best. Prior to meeting him my daughter was just going all over and I wasn't getting any answers.Dr. Ignaico takes his patients care very serious and wants to rule out all possibilities to help my daughter get the best care any time we had to be admitted him and his team would check on us and make sure they were doing all they can to help my daughter. I don’t understand the other reviews at all. Dr Ignacio is amazing and his staff goes above and beyond. No doctor will read or explain labs ordered by another specialty and anyone who works in healthcare like I do will understand that. However, Dr Ignacio is an expert in his field and literally saved my kid’s life, so my son can be a happy kid again, enjoy life as he should.
Unfortunately my experience wasn’t good! He won’t really answer my questions and blamed the allergist office on not having results back. I felt my son was just a number and could care less about the agony we have been going through in the last month. His staff is clueless and unhelpful, they are always blaming the other Dr or specialist as to why they don’t have test results.. even when you pull results out of your purse, he still won’t give the time to read them and even said to me they were a bunch of numbers he didn’t und... read more
Dr. Ignacio is great, but his office staff at Pediatric Gastroenterology on Fletcher is clueless. They have no idea what they're doing, don't call you with lab results, mess up forms, and generally have an attitude that they don't care. They also lie and tell you they left you a message when they definitely have not. I would not recommend ANYONE use this office.
He doesn't care about his patient and he order not important investigations to children. when we want him to evaluate our child, people in his office said ok you can come but the nurse practitioner will see you not him ! He said, if you want to get another GI doctor's opinion go ahead when our pediatrician spoke with him about my child case !! I don't recommend him to anyone who care about his child !!
