I was made to feel very comfortable, everything was explained,
Had a good appointment and got to meet the new dentist Dr Wiman very nice
The hygienist was very gently but kept me informed the entire way through the cleaning. The practice has up to date equipment and services. Like them very much
My experience was very pleasant, caring, courteous, informative and professional. Dr. Bates and Staff really care about their patients Dr. Bates came from the back to greet me and shake my hand. His staff even let my sister sit with me in the Exam room. Everyone was very loving and kind. His office is very warm and, concerned.Dr. Bates and his staff is the very best ❤.
