I went into the office to ask the staff to forward a family member’s records to the skilled nursing facility that they are now in because of a fall and broken hip. They were entirely unhelpful, dismissive and disrespectful. I assumed this kind of communication between healthcare entities was straightforward, but apparently not. YI was not asking for any privileged medical information, just asking them to follow HIPA and share with other healthcare professionals. Useless 'Doctor', I went there with some concerns and all he did was pass me off to other doctors. Didn't even try to address one of them. Save your time and go somewhere else.
I have been going to Dr. V for more than ten years. He is very knowledgeable and listens to his patients. He has recommended various specialist over the years and together seeing him and appropriate specialists I get excellent care.
