Dr Lupo is very kind and professional with great bedside manner. They make it so you are as comfortable as possible in his office. The surgical team at Oschner including the nurses were so amazing and caring. If you have any questions after surgery or need work excuse you can call his office and you will be helped asap. I was lied too from the start but didn’t see it. I really need his help with my breast being so large they were causing back neck and shoulder pain. I trusted him and now my breast a year later are very uneven I have large lumps in my right breast and small ones in my left. The look deformed and I have pain shooting through them both. Dr Lupo and his staff, the hospital he does the surgery at, the hospital staff… if I could tip them like a server, I would be forever in their debt. This was the ABSOLUTE best surgical experience we have ever had. 20/10 recommend. It could not have been any better. The only complaint we had was they call the day before surgery to set your surgery time. Living so far away, that made it difficult to plan but I would do it all again and again. The entire staff was amazing 💯
