Other than that it appears that Dr. Gill has never laundered his lab coat, Dr. Gill also appears to be dishonest. I had an emergency visit to St. Mary's Emergency Room after someone rear-ended my car. The other guy's insurance paid St. Mary's over $4000 for a short visit with Dr. Gill, a CT scan and vision test. I just received a bill from Dr. Gill's medical group asking me for personal payment of $407 for Dr. Gill's nearly non-existent service.
