Dr. Augustine has been my physician for over twenty five years I believe. Wonderful and patient, caring Doctor.
1) Misdiagnosis of a serious illness 2) Prescribed medication over the phone without any in depth questions about the signs and symptoms of the serious illness. 3) Untruthful about advice given over the phone about the illness, etc... 4) Untruthful about the medical history as shown in the medical records.
Dr Augustine has been my doctor for over 20 years now he is very caring and concerned and I would highly recommend him to any of my family and friends. He has even gone so much as to give me his cell phone number In case I needed him when I was having some severe health issues and I did use it and he did help me.
I have been a patient of Dr Augustine for 15 years. He is a very kind, caring and through doctor. He is the best doctor I have ever had.
I have been Dr. Augustine's patient for nearly 20 years. I have a great deal of trust in him. He has a calming demeanor and is thorough and proactive. Office visits can be a bit of a wait at CNY Family care but overall I am very satisfied. Physician extenders are always very good as well.
Very satisfied with my first appointment with Dr Augustine. The staff was excellent and very friendly. Wait time was 15 minutes.
Dr Augustine is the best primary I have ever had. He listens and understands health and personal issues. Great staff. Thank you for all your help.
