Poor customer service and incompetent doctors, simply if a doctor is not there they are unable to look up the patient's medical records. The entire staff is racist towards Hispanic patients, they do everything possible to not serve people and play at keeping people waiting until they get tired and leave without being served.
My husband’s job transferred us to Charleston SC a few months ago, so not being familiar with the area and not knowing about any of the doctors here, we didn’t know where to go. My husband’s searching the web trying to find a good doctor to take me to, he found Dr. Joe Marino. I initially went to him because of his reputation, and all the positive reviews we read. Dr. Marino was my doctor in Kirksville, MO. I initially went to him because of his reputation. I kept going to him because he was so knowledgeable, kind and compassionate and he could treat anything. When I had to have an unexpected hysterectomy when I was 31, he was so very kind to me. I could call him day or night, no matter what... I had to call him at home at 6am once.
