Dr. Kidd is an awesome doctor. We have been serviced by his office many years and been happy with them until presently our first appointment with PA Dawn Welk. She told my mother to change my child’s GTube. After she said no she kept persisting. Then she had his personal care nurse do it. When the nurse ask if they should check it to make sure the balloon was ok she stated no. No flush. She wanted to know why my child was even there when we could do it at home. I cant say enough good things about Dr. Kidd. Funny guy, great doctor, and great staff at his office. He explains things throughly and is very calm, which eases a parent's nervousness. We can't thank him enough for all the procedures he performed on our son. His NP called us back within 15 minutes when I was worried about my son post op, I got all my answers and concerns resolved. Amazing all around!
I can't say enough good things about this surgeon or his office staff. My daughter had surgery with him on Monday and she was in alot of pain today. I called his office and he called me back within 20 minutes. The lady at the front office took my concern seriously and said she will have him call me back immediately. I was very thankful. An hour later we were picking up meds from the pharmacy. If you want to ensure your kiddo is taken care of choose Dr. Kidd and his office staff!!
Everything a Doctor should be. Excellent bedside manners, answers all questions, gives information in detail, welcoming, kind to us and my child. Will recommend to anyone that needs a Pediatric Surgeon, he is the one to go to for sure!
Great guy, great personality, and an even better doctor! He performed 3 surgeries on my newborn son during his first couple months, whom now is in perfect condition due to his expertise. Dr. Joseph Kidd is very informative, responsive, and overall, such a great person. My wife and I will be eternally grateful for his expertise, as will our son. Thanks Dr. Kidd!
