I can't say enough good things about this surgeon or his office staff. My daughter had surgery with him on Monday and she was in alot of pain today. I called his office and he called me back within 20 minutes. The lady at the front office took my concern seriously and said she will have him call me back immediately. I was very thankful. An hour later we were picking up meds from the pharmacy. If you want to ensure your kiddo is taken care of choose Dr. Kidd and his office staff!!
Everything a Doctor should be. Excellent bedside manners, answers all questions, gives information in detail, welcoming, kind to us and my child. Will recommend to anyone that needs a Pediatric Surgeon, he is the one to go to for sure!
Great guy, great personality, and an even better doctor! He performed 3 surgeries on my newborn son during his first couple months, whom now is in perfect condition due to his expertise. Dr. Joseph Kidd is very informative, responsive, and overall, such a great person. My wife and I will be eternally grateful for his expertise, as will our son. Thanks Dr. Kidd!
We love Dr. Kidd and his office staff. We’ve never had an issue with scheduling, last minute appointment changes or his staff. Office is always clean and accommodating to our special needs and on this visit I was happy to notice “exceptional kids” a resource guide for the special needs community! We’ve come here for over two years and never had an issue.
