As other reviewers in many sites also commented, I had a horrible experience with the receptionist over the phone. It was my first time appointment. I arrived on time and called the office from the car as I was directed. She started blaming on me about the appointment even though that was their mistake. If she handled flexibly, I reconsidered to reschedule. I've never talked such a "shouting receptionist". Dr Debra Reich-Sobel treats you like a family member. This is a high quality care that you do not find every day. If you get her as a Doctor,you have a great treasure.
lately I find the staff to be less than efficient. you have to call 3 or 4 times to get something resolved. its as if they don't pay attention to the patients files. they don't send what they should to insurance company then bills you aren't suppose to pay are sent to your home, with collection notices. I am worried I may have to look for a new doctor due to the staff's incompetence.
I had an 11:45 appointment, that somehow got lost in their system. I sat in that office until 1pm before being seen (in an exam room for 30 mins). No one comes to say the Dr. is held up with an emergency, he'll be right in...NOTHING. I mention this to Dr Shulman and I'm told there is an order by emergency...Ok, sure.
