I really appreciate Dr. Myears. He listens. Real confidence in his expertise. However I have seen and heard unfavorable experiences with his nursing staff. Personally, as a retired M.A. I never over-talked my patients ,I did not remind them that they had "SO MANY CONTRAINDICATIONS", most importantly my job was to do triage not interrogation!

Any response regarding my understanding, is my issue and not the doctor or staff. This was complicated and I feel that subsequent visits will clarify any lack of understanding. The staff was incredibly sweet and helped calm my nervousness. They were particularly efficient and explained an EKG process and how technology has progressed since the last one I had. I felt compelled to write this after seeing some negative reviews. My family has used Dr Duvall for over 25 years and his diagnosis, treatments and referrals over a wide variety of issues including excema, acne, rashes, skin cancers and more have always been spot on. To avoid the wait time someone complained about schedule early morning. All the teens come after school!

Dr. Birchem did Stent surgery twice on me I believe she saved me from having a heart attack. She is a excellent Dr. Has great bed manor and will listen to what you have to say. Thanks Dr. Birchem.

Horrible customer service. Called to make an appt, was told 9:30. Before I hung up after scheduling the appt. I confirmed the date and time. When I called back to ask a question I was told the appt was at 11:30. Rude people on the phone. Canceled appt and will find another pediatric urologist.

Changed diagnosis that another cardiologist had made and explainrd it to me in great detail but then denied it as if the conversation never happened. Told me all about this condition that I had never heard of but it fit everything I had been experiencing. So I switched Drs in order to start seeing him since he seemed to understand what was going on with me and my struggles. By the time he puts in the appt notes theyre different than what was actually discussed. Watch your medical records/notes. You may end up with a completely different diagnosis in your records like I did while I was his pt. Im a medical professional so Im in the habit of double checking accuracy. My medical records MUST be accurate. It affects the outcomes of peoples lives and health
