I came to Dr. Luke because I wanted someone who specializes in dentures. I did not want to go to just a dentist. Remember that he specializes in Dentures. Dr. Luke is the best dentist I have ever gone to, he really cares about you as a person and he wants his work to be perfect. Every step of the way the staff explained what was next. I have been going to Dr. Luke from 2009 onwards, it’s an excellent place for your dental care.
The office administration is very poorly run! Every time I wanted to make an appointment they would have to ask the doctor and call me back. They never called me back (happened 5 times!); I had to make suggestions for my treatment; There was lack of communication between doctors and between staff; I gave them a VERY large deposit for future work due to not having insurance.
