Dr Lugo is the best Dr. I am an expat in NJ, and my interactions and consultations with Dr Lugo have been top class. He is patient and kind and answers any questions I have, and has been very helpful in guiding me when I did not know how health care works in the USA. I am packing Dr Lugo and his family in my luggage and returning with them to my home country when my assignment is complete in the USA LOL. I can not recommend Dr Lugo enough.
