My dad had a surgery with this physician and received impeccable care, a great outcome, and the entire staff treated him like gold. Technique wise he is a very outstanding surgeon and took on my dad’s complicated case. His bedside manner is excellent and he followed up with my dad and treated him so well. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would!
I regret to say that my experience with Dr. Liao at Stanford ER was incredibly disappointing. Despite my ongoing and severe pain, I felt my concerns were dismissed and not taken seriously. The consultation was rushed, and I left feeling unheard and frustrated. There was a lack of empathy and understanding of my condition, and the treatment plan provided was ineffective. I would not recommend this specialist to anyone seeking compassionate and thorough pain management care.
