Somebody needs to do something about this Dr. He is very condescending and, from my experience, a bit of a racist. He has that "greater than thou" attitude while making snide remarks about his patients. I would highly recommend requesting another Radiologist. I will be starting a law suit against Dr.Higgins for medical negligence and misdiagnosis. STAY FAR AWAY!!!
