I was on a phone conference with him and my mom's doctor and was very. He started telling that I asked the same questions ever week, I explained to him that he never had answered them either time and he started getting aggressive with his responses. Worst attitude I have ever had with a so called doctor.
I have never in my life encountered someone who is so unhinged. He had complete control of my psychological care and he refused to listen to anything I or my family said. He is the most unprofessional medical professional I have ever encountered. He should have his license revoked. He is far more disillusioned than any of his patients. Worst medical experience of my entire life.
My family members were on a conference call about a family member who is under this doctor's care. When we asked Dr.Kwentus questions, he began yelling. He lost all control & professionalism. He blamed us for asking a question about something that had been worrying the patient. The doctor then began yelling at my mother that the patient was happy & content until she asked the doctor about this particular irrational fear.
