Dr. Russin and his staff are fantastic at their jobs and they're also very nice people.
I am Dennis Clapp from Napoleon. Dr Joseph Rusin replaced both knees, one in 2004 and one in 2005. I have not had one issue in 12 years since they were replaced and my knees feel like they are my own. I have no pain in either knee whatsoever. I used the swing bed program at Henry County Hospital for intense rehab after surgery and was walking almost normal in 2 weeks. I highly recommend Dr. Rusin and the wonderful care and follow up he and the nurses and physical therapists at HCH gave me.
Have been waiting in the office for over 2 hours! Still haven't been seen. When asked the receptionist (Stephanie I believe) was taking so long, she said it was a miscommunication and all her fault but that she didn't really care. Stephanie was also dressed like she was going to a club instead of a professional medical office. RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, UNORGANIZED, UNPROFESSIONAL. ... DO NOT RECOMMEND
