He was wonderful towards me at my first encounter in Crystal River. Excellent communication and good professional manner. Kind and thoughtful. My major diagnosis was glaucoma 5 yr ago. Intake and refraction by Victoria was thorough and impressive. Sierra in front was also excellent. Everything went well so far. Two procedures are pending in Ocala in summer 2025. Beautiful new office in Crystal River was noted. Much appreciated.
Love dr. ROSS...but the office help needs to learn how to schedule appointments so you don't have to wait 2 hours..And. Answer the phone!!!
