Called in and informed the front desk staff that I needed emergency dental work consisting of a tooth extraction. Staff encouraged me to setup an appointment. Arrived at appointment, told front desk staff that I needed a tooth pulled ASAP, was handed a pile of paperwork. Filled out paperwork.
