My dad is a patient here and this place is terrible. They are unorganized, nobody knows what's going on, and Dr. Hsu's surgery scheduler, Nicole, is flaky and never returns phone calls. My dad has been trying to get his surgery scheduled since late January. Nicole set my dad up for a pre-surgery consult on 2/4 when he was going in for an appointment for something else. First of all the upfront staff is absolutely terrible. I was supposed to see the doctor but instead got a physician assistant who made me feel like I was bothering her. No smile, no personality, a real dud. She didn’t listen and rushed me. She is new. The last physician assistant was very nice and helpful. This one has the same personality as the doctor. None. The girl who checked me out was like a robot except a robot would probably be better. This used to be a good place but no more. Maybe it’s time for the doctor to retir... read more
