Dr. Arguelles had reviewed my chart and scans before our appointment. On time. Listened carefully. Asked questions that made clear he knows his stuff. Polite, calm, professional, thoughtful, explained clearly. Great bedside manner. His office were responsive and helpful. 5 stars.
I do not recommend this doctor he completely ignored everything I had to say treating me like I was invisible and crab walk to the door and out the door as I was talking to him the way he treated me was very poor as if I was nothing as if everything was made up in my head
He is an amazing surgeon with excellent bedside manor and I highly recommend him. I was diagnosed with bulging disc which made my sciatic nerve pain feel like someone smashed my ankle with a 20lb sledgehammer and dr Arguelles met with me and told me the truth on every aspect (he is 100% honest) to getting my health back on track. After many people warning me not to do the surgery in Plattsburgh due to the facility not being adequate if there is an error during the surgery which dr said as well. Dr. Arguelles is professional and a wonderful surgeon. Doesn’t promise miracles , which is actually refreshing nowadays. Did excellent work on my husband’s back and neck 3 times.
I've been a patient for over 10 years. Dr. Arguelles has successfully performed surgery for herniated disks and has treated me for other spinal conditions. He listens carefully and explains things in detail. He takes the time to answer all my questions and is kind and courteous. I'm a retired RN and have worked with many doctors over the years. Dr. Arguelles is definitely one of the best.
Excellent surgeon, very please with my results from neck surgery
He does not listen at all, my husband who is the most quiet person in the world was offended by the way he talked to us, He did surgery in December on my lower back.. It hurts everyday!!!! But he says it is anxiety, I will have my primary physician order another MRI because he seems not to care!! Every time I have to make an appointment they say they are to busy... I am going to see another neurosurgeon and I will be treated better, no dr has ever been like that to me before!!!
I was experiencing lots of pain as a result of spinal stenosis. Dr. Arguelles performed corrective surgery and I have had absolutely no pain since the surgery which was nearly two years ago.
