Doc is great. Office staff...not so much. Are they not supposed to introduce themselves and tell you their job capacity? They don't. Sort of professional but not friendly. Also had to wait a long time in the waiting area. No one available to take co-pays. The person who took care of us somehow cancelled my health insurance. I went elsewhere for a blood test and was told I had no insurance as of that doctor visit. This girl reinstated it but I still had to contact the ins co to make sure everything was OK. Dr Samyn is a most caring and sympathetic cardiologist with great interpersonal skills. Takes time to discuss in detail patient condition and concerns while providing options of treatment that is suitable to the patient.My other family members also have him for cardiac issues as a result of our confidence in his abilities.
Caring, sympathetic , Well knowledgeable. Was Not in a hurry. Listen to my concerns.
He is fabulous. He left Franciscan and I am trying to find him as I do not want anyone else.
