Fabulous, fabulous, fabulous. I just had my second knee replacement by Dr. Farrell yesterday, 3-5-2025. I was up and walking within a couple of hours. Met all my goals with absolutely no issues. Today, I'm up and walking around...no pain...no instability...minimal inflammation. I was thrilled with my first knee replacement done in October 2023. This knee replacement was even better. Now I look forward to traveling the world with my wife! Dr. Farrell is a wizard and a super nice guy. You can't go wrong with this surgeon!

Dr. Farrell did a total knee replacement on me 6 weeks ago. It was done in the morning and I got home at 5:00. I made dinner that night. I did not have to take pain pills. I had therapy at my house for 2 weeks. I used a walker for 2 days and a cane for 3 days. I have been pain free the entire time. I am now going to therapy and they said I am way ahead of where I should be. Dr. Farrell explained everything in detail before the surgery. Dr. Farrell and his team are amazing! I had excellent care at the Beebe Surgical Center and was home the next day after my total right knee replacement in November, 2023. I was just "released" as my new knee is 1 year old! I am moving pain free and the knee is working very well! I highly recommend Dr. Farrell and Orthopaedic Associates of Southern Delaware.
