RecommendedAn amazing clinic staffed by an experienced doctor and professional staff! I was nervous about the procedures that I needed, but Dr. Guinn and his staff treated me more than “just another patient.” The professionalism displayed along with skill from everyone guaranteed a smooth and painless process and I couldn’t ask for a better clinic to address my needs. 10/10!
The first visit went well. Staff was professional. I was waiting to hear back on my insurance approval. My procedure was in less than 48 hours when I received word that the approval had gone through. I called the next day to reschedule and was informed there is a $75 fee. Checked all my new patient forms; this was not disclosed. No results basically sums it up. My consultation was very specific. I had no insurance, wanted specific results, and SPECIFICALLY said it was a cosmetic issue for me. The 5 minute procedure resulted in ZERO results and $2600 wasted . Unfortunately i read reviews on website after I trusted them. At best they have 3 stars. Several with same complaint as myself. Everything they do is paid up front in the lobby ..... understandable considering the NO result afterwards. They could only say 'sorry for the confusion'..... no confus... read more
