Dr. Dolezal is very cordial However, the prescription I received was WRONG. Took them back. The replacement was WRONG. Asked for my money back. Was told I would get it. Hope I do.
I have been a patient with Dr Dolezal since I was a child and recently called to schedule an appointment for my granddaughter of whom I have custody. She came to me crying because she can't see, which means her school year has come to an end - and the receptionist refused to schedule an appointment for her until September... FIVE MONTHS FROM NOW. was having an eye emergency and needed new contacts because of my job and they’re zero help. I can’t work without my eyesight and they refused to help and had zero solutions for me bedsides not seeing. They told me I needed to wait two months to get contacts when I’ve been a patient here for way over 10 years. Completely unbelievable. They used to always be so helpful not sure what has changed!
