Never waited in the waiting room At the office. Jan was very attentive about everything, even how things went at the Hospital.
Dr Heckler did an outstanding job explaining and answering questions in regard to my total knee replacement surgery. I am now 8 weeks post surgery and doing very well. My buddies are jealous that my scar is hardly noticeable.
Didn’t feel he addressed my issues. I am in constant pain and he didn’t seem to care

Ease of getting an appointment, and short wait time once I arrived at the appointment. Dr. Heckler gave me the opportunity to ask questions and get clarification on X-rays, and offered options for my treatment and surgery.
Dr Saunders is a good listener and very caring. He explains things in terms you can understand. His nurse is wonderful too.
