Best anesthesia you will ever have! I am very se siri e so I am nervous, he gave me time for the fist anesthesia to work, around 10 minutes, after that I didn’t feel a thing. Best root canal I ever had! I wish he was a dentist, but for what I understand he only does root canal!
This review is not so much on the doctor, but rather his office manager. The doctor was really nice and even though we didn't get any work done, he explained the situation very well and guided me on what to do. However, his office manager, is horrible. It was very difficult getting an appointment in the first place, because she doesn't work normal business hours, or something. I love Dr. DeFilippo, however contacting his office to get my dental records has been a nightmare, I still don't have them. He would get 5 starts except for the office service.
I have had numerous root canals with Dr. De Filippo. I have always found him to be wonderful. My dentist asked me to go to this other guy in Stamford, and that other guy was a torture chamber. I am running back to Dr. De Filippo.
