My 6yr olds experience was really great! The receptionist upfront was super friendly. Then the nurses who helped her settle in, and put her cast on, then the doctor himself was amazing. Everyone made her feel very at ease about getting a cast today. Even the receptionist who helped us checkout was super friendly and let her talk to her for a while. Everyone was very attentive, friendly, and made my daughter feel very comfortable with what was going on. Exceptional service! Thank you so much
Dr. Thomas speaks to you - not over your head. He explained everything about my mom's situation and his game plan. He does not and did not jump into surger . I appreciate his approach. We have never had an issue with his staff either - all very pleasant.
