Very abrupt in his service. Staff is all intimated by him. Not friendly and made my daughter cry with his cold disposition. Would not recommend unless your ok with being mistreated.
I’m a Senior who was seeing double and needed muscle surgery. I was very leery but knew I had to do it. Dr Napolitano was wonderful and 100% corrected my problem surgically. I highly recommend him !!!
I could not appreciate Dr. Napolitano more!! He has been seeing my kids since infancy and my 1 child just had her second surgery with him. The results were better than I ever imagined they could be. I'm always comfortable with the care he provides, and his recommendations have always led us to successful treatment. Always kind to my family as well which is just an added bonus!
this is the WORST WORST experience ever ,worst doctor in the planet. Rude , all his staff seems afraid of him . You can feel the negative energy as soon he comes in the room. Very unprofessional .do not take your children there.
I am currently 19 years old and suffered double vision for about 4 years with the correction of prism glasses. Dr. Napolitano informed me that surgery was a perminant fix but I was super nervous to go through with it. A few months ago I decided to put my trust into him and my experience along with my results were absolutely amazing. He has a great bedside manner and truly cares about each individual patient. My sister-in-law suffered many years with double vision, a lazy eye and low self esteem until she met Dr. Joseph Napolitano. Today my sister-in-law is thriving she doesn't see double anymore, the lazy eye is gone and her self esteem is back. Thank you Dr. Napolitano you are a wonderful man and a great doctor.
Dr. Napolitano has changed my life. After years of having double vision I decided to finally have the surgery. My fears almost took over and I nearly cancelled but after talking to Dr. Napolitano before the surgery he not only calmed my fears but made me comfortable enough to trust and decide to go ahead with the surgery. It has was the best decision in my life! I haven't seen this great in years!!
