The staff are awesome, and so is Dr. Coniglio. It is very welcoming too.
I had braces with Dr. Coniglio and it was the best experience ever. As a kid I never wanted braces thinking they would hurt and get teased by other kids, but glad I got them now and what a beautiful smile I can show off!! The atmosphere was somewhat pleasant; however not being able to be with my 11yr old daughter while having her braces applied was very uneasy for me. Too many horror stories of how patients are treated badly when a guardian isn't present. Many professionals tend to abuse their position. I asked why I wasn't allowed with my child and was never given a direct answer, the receptionist went around the question as well as the orthodontist. Dr Coniglio and his staff are friendly and professional. Each time I take my grandson for his appointment, they explain how he is doing and what he needs to do better as his treatment progresses. As a new phase of treatment approaches, they explain what will change and what options there are -- both for treatment and financially -- in terms I can understand. I have recommended Dr Coniglio to others.
