We trusted this pediatric office for our son’s care from 4 months to 3 years old and never missed a single scheduled appointment. However, after transferring to a new pediatrician, we discovered that a critical vaccination was missing from the medical records provided by this office. Fun loving doctor for most of the Kids.
Have had issues obtaining my child’s medical records for 3 + weeks. ARC staff called directly 2 weeks after initial request and staff at Cohens office complained stating it will take 3 weeks and still have not received. Called office and staff dismissed request again.
Dr. Joe has been our Pediatrician for 10 years and will continue to be our kids' primary doctor for as long as possible. We stay with him because of how he has pushed hard for the best for our kids. Here's a few examples of how he's helped us: - Our son needed a surgery and the hospital wouldn't schedule it because he was recently sick. I would not recommend this place at all, Staff is very weird, they setup wellness appointment at the same day as my daughters birthday and send reminder late Friday for Monday appointment (being closed on weekend)and even after canceling it early they are charging no show fee and not allowing to meet doctor until we pay the fee, it’s clearly a tactic to earn money by unethical practice. Very rude staff and doctor is encouraging such stuff in his clinic.
