He performed my filling in a rather gruff, abrasive, rather than gentile manner. Shortly afterwards, something felt strange with my tooth. Due to my schedule, I was unable to address it immediately, but later brought the problem to his attention and he insisted on charging me a full fee to re-do work already performed by him previously. Needless to say, I wasn't too happy about that.
I'm happy I have found this office.I went to put braces on and I can say Dr. Joseph Chiafair is very nice and very professional and makes you feel very comfortable. Very friendly staff and very helpful. It was also easy to set up an appointment and get my teeth taken care of sooner rather than later! I would and do recommend them to my friends. I sincerely recommend!
I can't possibly express how angry I am at this dentist office....left me in agonozing pain!!!

An unsatisfied customer is rare and we take your feedback very seriously. Please accept our deepest apology for your unfortunate experience. When 1 waits to the very last minute and has a severe abscess and a large amount of swelling associated with it It is very difficult to get the area anesthetized because the basic pH of the infection neutralizers the pH of the anesthetic thereby rendering the anesthetic ineffective. I believe this treatment cured your infection and led to a full recovery.
Not sceduled for my first appointment, which cost me an addituonal hours pay then they gave me little warning if the excrutiating pain that accimpanies a Dry Socket or how to really care fir the hole after extraction...handing me a handful of oversized gauze and simply telling me to avoid smoking or straws for 24 hrs. Now I have to use more time and more money in hope of getting some kind of relief frim the worst pain in my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never see that doctor again.
I have had Dental problems for years and this is the first Dentist that sat with me and really listened to my needs and concerns. They take the time to show you and explain treatment in a way I can relate to. I now floss then brush every day because of the way Dr. Chiafair explained dental bacteria and what it lives for. I no longer put off my dental needs. I would tell everyone to go to Dr Chiafair. The whole office staff is great!
