Dr. Tuterino may be great surgeon. I do not know. I saw him for a consultation recently. He recommended surgery. My medical insurance provider denied authorization. I then attempted on multiple occasions to contact Dr Tutorino to discuss alternative treatment options. No response.Followup communication between dr and patient was lacking.
