Wonderful place. Exceptional people that do care. Dr Chen is outstanding in his field. His team is exceptionally well under his direction. Do not hesitate having care done here.
Staff is great and Dr. CHEN is through in his explaining of procedures.
Staff was kind. Dr. Chen however needs some lessons in bedside manners. He is rude and not a good listener. My sight is no better in fact it is slightly worse. I will not go back and do not recommend him.
I have visited Dr. Joseph C. chens office for over a year to have cataracts removed from my eyes. In that time, he has done nothing but put eye drops in my eyes and nothing more. He has done nothing but milk my insurance company. I still can't see very well because of the cataracts, only because I have wasted my time with Dr. Chen. He is a hustler. He sells you false hope.
My second time to see him for my eyes, he's great ! Cataracts ! On lens
