Had an appointment with Dr. Bonavilla aka J. Bond (that’s what I call him) last week about my tooth. They were able to schedule me to have root canal therapy on today May 9th. His staff was amazing from first appointment made by Crystal, to Ms. Greta getting me in earlier, to Ms. Patsy for getting me calm and relaxed… by the way she an amazing X-Ray on my tooth that was wayyy in the back. Can’t say enough nice things about this entire office! Dr Bonavilla is knowledgeable & has such a GREAT personality and bedside manner!!! His staff are AWESOME! So professional AND friendly! I usually get so nervous with dental type procedures, but not so much at this place.
I got a same day appointment due to the pain I was having. The office staff was so nice and friendly. It was hard to get an X-ray of my back tooth but they never got frustrated and continued patiently until they were able to get the pic they needed. Dr. Boavilla immediately put me at ease. He was so patient and very friendly. He explained what was being done and talked throughout the procedure which put me at ease. I would recommend this dental staff 100%!
