Dr. Billings is a very caring surgeon. He was thorough and accurate in diagnosing my shoulder problem. He is truly outstanding in patient focus, explains everything you should expect in detail, and equally important is his performance in the operating room with excellent results. Had arthroscopic surgery one year earlier at UF Orthopedics and my outcome was poor. Dr. Billings corrected the problem and I now have full range of motion. I was truly blessed to have found him when I needed surgery.

It feels like I am in a miracle. I had arthroscopic surgery for a FULL thickness rotator cuff tear by Dr. Billings 4 days ago. I have had NO pain or swelling every single day since.
