This place is a mess. I took my grandma to her appointment, and upon arrival at the front desk, the receptionist shouted that she needed to change her PCP if she wanted to see the doctor; I informed them they were incorrect. I told them she was there to see him as a specialist, and they verified with her insurance (never had this happen anywhere else).
