Staff is rude, rude and rude! Also..unprofessional!! Dr. San Martin is pleasant.
Doc is awesome but like everyone says the girls in the front are pretty rude.
Dr. will definitely take care of you and make sure everything is just right. He's awesome!
My children have been coming here since they were toddlers. They and I love Dr Martin. Never had any issues the many years my children have been coming here until the end of last year. Horrible horrible horrible customer service from the ladies upfront. HARDLY EVER can I get someone to answer the phone. Very rude and very unprofessional. I've tried getting my children a appointment for a few months now. When they didn't have anything soon as was told they do walk ins.
