I was pregnant and called this office for my first prenatal appointment after a positive home test. When I started bleeding, I called again to move the appointment up — they didn’t seem to care at all. At the visit they only did bloodwork to check hCG levels. That same night I had to rush to the ER in the middle of the night and lost my baby. The ER told me to follow up with my OB. Dr. Rivas is an Amazing OB-GYN! I felt comfortable and well cared for from the moment I walked in. The doctor is very attentive, patient, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed, and all my concerns were addressed. Highly recommend!
