This doctor does not care about his patients. He relies more on what's on the internet rather than listening to his patients. Don't visit this doctor its a waste of copay for those who have insurance and those who don't, find a new doctor anywhere else, This doctor does not have the patients best interest at heart. Dr. Cilliani has been my primary physician since 2013 and I consider him the best doctor I have ever had! He is knowledgeable, thorough, kind and compassionate. He takes his time to listen, to discuss my all my concerns and I never feel rushed. He is a rare breed of physician like the 'good old-fashioned country doctor' who truly cares about his patients. What kind of Doctor and staff makes a disable man wait for a RX to be signed??? Really over a month and it's still not done. First off he refused to sign the RX because his first prescription should of been good enough!! I had to contact my father social worker to get involved because the doctor is lazy and so is his poorly trained front office staff. I will be contracting my father's insurances, as well as, transferring him to someone cares about their patients!! Bad place and bad MD!!!!
This review is for Dr. Cilliani only, and not his office staff. Dr. Cilliani is great. He answered all of my questions and listened to my concerns. He made me feel very comfortable and did not rush me out of the exam room.
