I'm a university professor and my mother is an MD. I went to Dr. Dieguez because another Dr. recommended him since his first visit was ONLY $150, ekg included. I waited for 3 hours in his office and he saw me for a few minutes, he auscultated my chest, and he did not order the ekg that was included with the first visit, instead, he recommended me to do an echocardiogram. My father was at Larkins for almost a week and I have never experienced a worse service than the one my father got at this hospital The nurses are (not all of them) incompetent and have no compassion for the patient. My brother and I would take turns being with my father and when we would request for the nurse or any othern employee it would take hours. Horrible hospital. Nurse are just as bad. If you know what a real Hospital is you wonât come near this one.
Worst staff care ever.went for Surgery on 1-16-2018. Never keeped. Informed.of graph needed. Staff.in pre op. Surgery area.playing.on phone.taking were going on. Vaction.. seting reservations on your phone.. While forgetting about the patients.
very bad hospital and not by the floor staff if not by the CNO last name Perez is very rude and badly spoken has no sensitivity with patients or their employees
Worst hospital on the PLANET, hands down... Extremely dirty, disrespectful staff, they don't care about their patients. I suggest (if you have the option) to NEVER go to this hospital in your life. The government should put a fine on this hospital for being so terrible and having such terrible service. Larkin Community Hospital is a DISGRACE to this city, and to mankind in general!
