Steer clear of this Dentist he used to be in Clearwater. He’s crown happy. He tells you you have to do certain procedures for him to work on you or for you to have a cleaning. He practically held my husband hostage for two hours. My husband was there to get a cleaning and wouldn’t clean my husband‘s teeth unless he signed papers that said he would agree to all these deep cleanings and dental work that cost thousands. Luckily, my husband wasn’t stupid and left. Don’t sign anything!! he’s a scam
Dr. Matos is AWESOME! I had severe dental anxiety and he cured me! The entire staff is wonderful! I came in for a second opinion and now I’m a full time patient. He only recommends what is necessary and is so gentle - I needed a crown and I didn’t feel a thing .. His assistant is so kind. I definitely got red carpet treatment. You can tell all of the employees love their workplace - makes a huge difference.. I cannot recommend this practice enough- If you are a big chicken like I was, give them a call! 10 stars!!!
I would never use this place I only went here because I followed the dentist who is awesome. However, the office manager is horrific at calling customers back only gives partial refunds when you cancel something weeks prior to it being done even though you paid upfront don’t make the mistake and pay this place anything
