Receptionist is unprofessional and rude. They need to re-evaluate themselves and learn some manners and etiquette when talking to people. They are carrying the name of the clinic they are working for and the doctors who might be very good but have the wrong people who represent them. Good manners won't cost you a cent but no manners will cause other people to judge your character as a person. That lady shouldn't be allowed to pick up the phone to answer calls from potential patients, she'll scare them away.
Receptionist are forgetful. Not organized with their records. The doctor is unprofessional.
