I’ve recently moved to Miami about 6/7 months ago and have been in the process of setting up my medical insurance here because I needed my medication to be productive at work. My primary care doctor recommended I see Dr. Valdivia and it’s been 4/5 months now and I still haven’t been able to get my prescription. This doctor, after me being a patient for a year and a half, refused to continue to see me after I was prescribed medical cannabis. Note to medical cannabis users: do not disclose this to your healthcare practitioner unless you know they have upgraded their medical training to include medical cannabis use and don't continue to remain in the dark ages of medicine.
